Outer Circuit Community Newsletter is a single in-universe issue of the neighbourhood newsletter of a troubled space station community in the Mothership universe.

Inside you'll find sparks and plot seeds for players and Wardens, including:

• No mechanics, just a purely in-fiction 4-panel newsletter you can hand to your players and say "you find this"
• A sunny but unsettling look into the mundane lives of Outer Circuit, a "this is fine" community you can slot into A Pound of Flesh or a space station of your own creation
